How To Hold Back Ejaculation
If you are suffering from premature ejaculation you want to make it a thing of the past. You want to hold back your ejaculation. But how can you do it? After all, they don’t teach holding back in sex ed in high school.

Over time your dick will anticipate the squeeze technique and avoid it to keep you from coming. This will probably take about a month for you to overcome your premature ejaculation problem but it really works for a lot of guys.
A lot of dudes think Kegels are just for women. They are not. They are something every man should be practicing. They help you delay ejaculation and have greater control over what your dick does and doesn’t do.
Before you can do Kegels you have to find them. Wait until the next time you have to pee. Then while peeing stop yourself from going. Then release.
That will show you exactly where your kegel muscles are.
Now when you don’t have to pee do exactly what you did to hold back your stream. Hold that for 10 seconds before you release it.
Do this 10 times a day. In a few weeks, you’ll notice you are able to delay ejaculation much better than you could before.
The best part about Kegels is you can do them anywhere and nobody will have any idea what you are up to.
Stop! (Then) Hammertime: The Start Stop Technique
This is another way to train your penis not to cum too quickly. Remember this is all about reprograming your brain from a caveman who wants to cum quickly to a cultured gentleman who wants to hold back.
For this method start having sex with your partner. Then when you can feel that you are going to cum soon, stop moving your dick. Let it relax.
Then when you feel like you can fuck again without cumming start having sex with her again.
Keep doing this. Over time your dick will learn that it isn’t supposed to cum in a matter of seconds. It will expect to last longer.
And once that happens you’ve overcome premature ejaculation!
This method is simply practicing to train your dick not to expect to ejaculate too soon. It helps delay ejaculation through the practice of edging. Edging is when you bring your dick almost to the point of cumming and then stop stimulating it.
Put on your favorite porn and start jerking off. Then when you can feel that you are about to cum take your hand off your dick. Once you’ve calmed down start jerking off again.
Keep this up until you can delay your ejaculation for an hour.
Off a Cliff
This will train your brain not to cum too quickly both when you are watching porn and when you are having sex with a real woman. Then your premature ejaculation problem will be gone.
There are a lot of things you can do if you want to learn how to delay ejaculation. They all involve training your dick and your brain away from the need to cum quickly. Premature ejaculation is largely rooted in our caveman’s brain, but your brain can accept new realities.
It will take a while for these methods to become effective, but they will work and will help you delay ejaculation. You just have to put in the work and practice them for long enough.
